We’re happy to create a space where children can learn about God and have fun on both Wednesdays & Sundays!
Join us September 10th for our annual kickoff carnival to start our Wednesday nights. There will be games, prizes, food and a lot of fun! You can also learn more about our Wednesday Night program.
CHILDREN’S CHURCH
(Sundays during Church)
On Sundays during the sermon we provide age-specific learning during Children’s Church for children 3 years old up to 4th grade. Kids are welcomed into the learning time and taught a lesson so they can learn about God. We include songs, games, crafts and activities to help enhance learning.
WEDNESDAY NIGHTS
(6:30 - 7:45 p.m.)
We host a mid-week Children’s ministry during the school year (Sept-April) to provide age-specific learning, games and Bible memory in a fun and family atmosphere! Children (ages 3 years up to 4th grade) will be taught a lesson, join in singing, be encouraged to memorize Scripture and have fun!
YOUTH GROUP
(Wednesdays 6:30-7:45)
Hope is starting a youth group this year! We will meet in the youth room on Wednesday nights during the school year. It is a time to learn about God, have fun with friends and increasingly become involved in the ministry at Hope. We will also do other activities outside of Wednesdays during the year.
Our Core Values
Hope Children’s ministry exists to partner with parents in guiding children toward a personal trust in Christ. Our goal is for children to know Jesus and create a Biblical foundation in order to facilitate further growth in that relationship. We encourage this through teaching, prayer, worship, activities, and loving interaction with the children.
-
We teach engaging lessons that show the compelling person of Jesus and work of God that are in line with His Word.
Hebrews 4:12; 2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Timothy 2:15 -
We are committed to praying with and for the children and for those who participate in this ministry- the families and the leaders.
Ephesians 6:18; Philippians 4:6; Colossians 4:2 -
We want to equip children with the tools and foundation to grow as disciples who live for God and follow Him for a lifetime.
Matthew 28:19-20; 1 Peter 3:18 -
We strive to build meaningful, intentional, and Gospel-centered relationships with each child. We are authentic in our worship and prayer together with children, so they may, as a result of our authenticity, be filled with faith in who God is.
Romans 1:11-12; 1 John 3:18
