Missions

The missions committee exists to coordinate and encourage the church's support and involvement in local and international outreach.

We are committed to involving as many people in the church as possible in the outreaches we support. Our desire is to also provide opportunities for the youth and adults to participate personally  in various ministries opportunities for personal growth and to spread the good news of salvation in Jesus Christ.

In recent years we have participated with our missionaries in ministry in Mexico City. In 2010 we served at the Open Door Mission and sent a small group to minister with our missionaries in Spain. In April, 2015 a small group from Hope visited our long-time missionaries in Zimbabwe and returned with an exciting report of God's work there.

Our high school students served with various local ministries in the summer of 2012,  with the Bridge of Hope EFC in Kansas City in 2013, and attended Challenge youth conference in 2014. This past summer our students teamed up with youth from another Omaha church doing ministry around the city!
